Alaqua Cox is the actress that played Maya Lopez also known as Echo. Echo's grandmother's name was Chula, which is Choctaw for "Fox". In the show, Chula was a traditional Choctaw potter and this is her pottery room.

I made the pottery on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th shelves.  I'm especially proud of the wood duck bowl on the 5th shelf. It was based on a wood duck carved from diorite dated 1250 to 1400 CE, which was found at Moundville, Alabama.

This picture is where three warriors stood while cheering for their stickball player.

The hanging vessel can be seen when the warrior comes out of the hut to go play stickball.

The tripod for holding up the Choctaw Cooking Vessel is made from beaver cut sticks found on the South Canadian River, which is part of our family's Indian allotment in Southeastern Oklahoma.
